dat thing is called a chatbox.. but commanly known as a tagboard.. u all can leave short messages there.. like when u all dun wanna post long long but just wanna leave a msg or two!! very easy onli.. just type in ur name.. ur msg.. den press enter.. and den.. TADAA!!! ur msg is there liao!! i edi post sth liao.. haha..
