hey guys and gals!! there's one gathering this coming saturday.. 27th sept.. 11am at larkin stadium.. all have to wear the sukma short sleeve blue shirt and the red track pants.. the ones we got just before sukma.. i think this is not for tkd onli coz if it is we dun have to wear until so formal..

hope everybody can come back la.. coz long time din meet d.. hwee hwa u dun so lazy u at muar onli can come down.. lanny dunno free o not.. but one day onli should be ok ba.. liang ba dun so kiam siat just spend a few bucks to come meet ur beloved teammates.. selva ne got holiday o not? i think we all girls should be ok.. so hope guys can come oso o!! so long time never meet each other edi.. must gather once in awhile..

hey everybody!! ah seah here! 是不是眼前一亮呢? 因为我们上次的blog layout有些问题.. 所以我又花了几个小时来弄个新的啦!! 好不容易才弄好的哦.. 虽然还没有完美.. 不过这可是我ah seah辛辛苦苦做在电脑前加这个减那个改这个换那个才弄出来的成品噢!! 本人现在觉得非常非常的骄傲!! 哇哈哈!! 不知道大家喜欢吗?? 觉得可爱吗?? 大家给点意见.. 如果不喜欢的话我可以再改噢..

sorry sorry... long time didnt update...
recently busy with my test la...everyday stay in the room craving my books...so sien!! yesterday is holiday for selangor, so we dun have class,yeah!! But...i still have to get up early, because i had promise my friends to go shopping with her...Actually i don't feel like to go, because i wanna have a good rest on this special holiday...But my new friends always ask me whether i wanna go or not, so i paiseh to reject them, then finally i go loh...I think u gals will say that i jia3 jia3 lo...Yesterday really gt no mood to shop la.Because i have to save money, cannot always spend $$ as i like.
Although all these trendy stuffs attracts me so much, i really didn't buy any of them.CHEERS for me!! That's not like me, right?Haha.But........if my shopping partner was by my side, then things will be different!I will be encouraging her to see this see that, then finally we will go back with bags full of things, and also pocket + wallet =empty...haha.

Last sunday was 中秋节( Lantern Festival),i didn't go home! Because Saturday got cocuriculum,and Monday have test...so my nice weekend was spent inside my lovely and cosy room, craving on my MANAGEMENT notes.>,<" Then my fatty lovely sis sent me a message, so touched~~ A picture message with colorful lanterns...Although can't went back as most of others did, I receive some mooncake from my friends.I was So happy!!Although is mini mooncake, but it represents the 心意~ Surprisingly, my friends brought 冰皮月饼(coldskin mooncake...haha, don't know how to translate) and agar-agar mooncake for me on Monday morning!! (The one i went shopping with her yesterday)\(^，^)/ I just mention a few times ( actually i was nagging ) to them saying that i wish i could go home and enjoy the 冰皮月饼...because here can't get it ( i didn't go out to buy ), plus, my college do not have fridge (冰箱）.

A happy lantern festival for me...

wah...you gals start training dy...How i wish i could train with you all...Recently msn with the guy who owed us SATAY de...he said he miss miss liew's training leh!He miss all of us ,too.Then he keep on telling me that 4 OCT is special day...I wonder what day is it...nothing special, I think...I think i can't remember what da special day is unless he paid us back the SATAY lo...Am I right, guys??

停止练习的我被人嫌弃。。耻笑。。尤其是我们的板娘。。。哇哇哇，呜呜呜。。。一直一直，不停不停的说我‘肥’。。

我知道伤心总是难免的，但菁菁還是伤心难过。。

有谁来关心愁眉苦脸，郁郁寡欢的无敌美女丘菁菁耶！！

我要恢复自信，快乐，欢笑。。。

所以我要减肥。。。正在努力中。。请尽情期待。。

下星期二本人要进行....
拔疼痛不已的菁菁智慧齿也。。。
听起来像是拔牙小事！但是。。。因为太过于有智慧的我。。
连智慧齿都需要艰苦极有风险的开刀拔。。呜呜呜。。菁菁怕怕啦？？？
虽然已有一次的开刀拔的经验。。。但胆小如蚂蚁的我。。
大家可想而知吧（再想像ALA脸的菁菁）！

ah seah here.. today training 2 sessions.. morning went swimming.. suppose to do rehab.. but den miss liew din give us any instructions.. so of coz we all din do anything lo! wahaha.. just like us.. like to makan ular.. today morning got me xiao fei and jing jing.. me and xiao fei water fight.. fight fight fight till both ears oso jing4 shui3.. haha..

after we finish swimming nobody there except us.. so me and jing jing decided to go play the diving board.. xiao fei say she dun dare so she just watched.. when me and jing jing walked to the diving pool we were like.. 'walau so deep!'.. really very deep lo.. so scary.. there got 1 metre, 3 metre, 5 metre and 10 metre board.. guess which one we play?? of coz is 1 metre one la!! hahaha.. see 3 metre like so scary le..

jing jing went diving first.. i stand by beside ready to save her.. haha.. coz the pool really very very deep.. she went.. bounce bounce abit.. den 'SPLASH!' into the water.. she said very fun.. so i oso go and try lo.. wa abit scary le when walked towards the end of the board.. coz by the time u walkd there the board edi bouncing liao.. so i stood there.. pose abit.. pinched my nose.. 'SPLASH!' into the water oso.. wa shiok le!! haha.. fun lo.. but our pose very ugly la.. haha.. after dat we went to play a few more times.. we said next time wanna challenge the 3 metre board.. haha..

den we noticed there's a trampoline (tan2 huang2 chuang2) beside.. so we very excited climbed onto the trampoline.. jing jing started bouncing.. she wanna try some tricks so ah she bounced bounced bounced den she sat down.. normally u see on tv when the acrobat sit down she'll bounced up again rite? but hor.. jing jing wont le! hahaha.. at first she bounced til quite high den when she sat down she onli bounced up a few cm again! hahaha.. super funny..

den my turn.. i tried sitting down oso.. but bounced up abit oso.. den the 2nd bounce i lost balance and fell on the trampoline in a very ugly pose.. haha.. after dat both of us fell here and there.. luckily there's no one there except xiao fei watching us from the stairs..

after we shuang liao we went to bathe.. all 3 of us super dark lo.. skin colour like black and white chocolate.. after lunch we went miss liew house to rest.. later 430 got one more session..

today olahraga and tinju ppl oso training at stadium.. we saw xiao xiao zhi and wan zhen.. and those tinju ppl.. we did target kicking today.. jia hau oso joined us after he finished his weight training..

we trainined till 6 sth.. den me and xiao fei took bus home.. oh ya.. yoga's grandmother passed away today.. so he din join us for training coz he have to go back.. my condolences..

k la.. i haven bathe ne.. >.<.. tmr got weight training.. this wek 95% edi.. next week 100%.. @.@.. k la guys.. i gonna bathe liao.. everybody update soon ya!! ^^~

halo seah here! today went for weight training at mr omar gym.. first thing i saw when i reached was xiao fei!! haha.. she cut her hair liao.. fringe very short.. sth like jing jing last time cut dat type.. just dat x fei's one is not straight one.. haha..

today got me xiao fei and jing jing.. did endurance.. wa so long time never train liao all of us did 9 squats edi feel like goin to cramp liao!! ad the calf raise last time put till the last bar oso very easy.. now like super heavy liao!! cham lo.. haha.. and our little mouse oso diet liao!! become very small edi!! @_@

but training together wif the old team is really nice.. the feeling is so familiar.. the hexagon test de circle.. the vertical jump de thing.. reminds me of our 'lovely' fitness test!! haha.. our results are still written on the white board outside the gym.. xiao fei still the 1st wor.. haha..

luckily today endurance le.. if speed ah.. sure mati.. but sir said do this for 2 weeks.. wat this means?? after 2 weeks is speed edi ah?? oh noooo!! die liao lo...

tmr got training oso.. hope i wont die after dat.. tmr morning muscles sure very very 'got feel'.. @_@.. k la.. dat's all for now.. wanna go bathe liao.. haha.. XD.. update ya guys!!
