About this title...why 400m?Why we prefer purple???long story.......but meaningful!!!almost every Fri morning,our heart beating very fast...coz in our training program,on Fri have 2 sprint 400m...(before breakfast)...not as easy as u think...as girls have muscular x.fei,and Xia(She is always the 1st in sprinting)...so...not easy 4 me oh!!!
we hate 400m sprinting,because not only 1 or 2 set we must sprint,but 5 and above!!5x400m =2KM oh!! so...400m sprint make me feel so sick...after that,all of us looks reddish...and turns PURPLE!
let me tell you this,among all the full time athletes,tkd is the toughest sport!not only train 4 skill, but also stamina and speed...mobility...flexibility...from head to toe.after training,i have to teach tkd class...quite tired.i asked myself before,is it this is the life i desire?it is quite stressful...but i won't forget these few months in my life...so we decide to make a blog...
Today is also a SPecial day for us,29 FEB,4 year once...and on year 2008,we fight together,cry together,and laugh together...2day is also Fri,and we did 400m sprinting,too.we have to beat our 1st time result,so it is very scary 4 me...but i tell myself,just keep on running,unless my heartbeat stop suddenly, otherwise i cant stop...bcoz coach is more scary!!!Wahahaha...i think most of you agree with me,right?BUt our coach is scary only on training session...other time...she belanja us makan Japanese Food Buffet...so good...she is a DEMON who wears human outfit!!HaHAHA!!And we are cute little angels who always make her look like DEMON...:-P
